Manual instrument therapy

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) used to treat soft tissue injuries and improve mobility. This technique involves the use of specialized stainless steel instruments that are designed to detect and treat areas of fibrosis (scar tissue) and chronic inflammation in muscles, tendons, and fascia.

During a session, the therapist uses the instruments to "scrape" or apply controlled pressure over the affected area. This helps to break down scar tissue, promote blood flow, and stimulate the healing process. The technique is commonly used to treat conditions like tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, and muscle strains, as well as to improve overall tissue function and flexibility
