Active release technique

Active Release Technique (ART) is a specialized form of soft tissue therapy that targets muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia, and nerve issues. It involves a combination of precise manual pressure and specific movements to release muscle adhesions and scar tissue, improve circulation, and restore proper tissue function. During ART, the therapist applies pressure to a muscle or soft tissue while the patient actively moves the area in a controlled motion. This technique is commonly used to treat conditions such as chronic pain, muscle strains, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and other musculoskeletal injuries. ART is effective in improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function.
